Rezumat | ||||||
In this article, professional self-determination is addressed as a condition for the efficiency of the intersectoral partnership focused on ensuring the well-being of the child. The article includes an extensive analysis of Self-Determination Theory as a methodological benchmark in ensuring a functional cross-sector partnership. The conclusions presented at the end reflect value reasoning derived from the literature analysis with reference to the Theory of Self-Determination and its importance in ensuring the functionality of intersectoral partnerships focused on ensuring the well-being of the child. |
