The main theoretical approaches have been de fined in these articles which explain the motives of labor migration. On the basis of experimental investigations the author shows that there various factors that affect on the formation of motives of labor migration in the face of Gagauzian youngsters: material and subjective, as well as family and kindred persons‟ influence.

In articol se determină motivele teoretice de bază, care motivează emigraţia forţelor de muncă. In baza investigaţiilor experimentale autorul argumentează că la motivaţia emigraţiei forţelor de muncă din rîndul tineretului gagauz influenţează diferiti factori: materiali şi subiectivi. Înfluenţează familia si persoane cu o anumită pandere.
