Rezumat

This article addresses the issue of building the competence of proper perception of literary and nonliterary texts through the performance of reading techniques that have a positive effect on the process of shaping this competence in primary school students. Following a research, it was found that the use of interactive methods in the subject of Romanian language and literature will increase students' interest in reading, will facilitate their ability to understand, analyze and interpret the text, contributing to developing the competence of proper perception of literary texts. In this sense, we propose some interactive methods that can be used successfully in the formation and development of the proper perception of literary texts and that optimize the instructive-educational process by contributing to the development of students' personality in cognitive terms, (through reading, students enrich their knowledge about the world and reality), educational (reading contributes to educate students ethically and aesthetically), formative (reading develops their thinking, imagination, communication skills).
