Creativitatea, cunostin]ele, califi carea for]ei de muncă constituie factorii determinan]i pentru dezvoltarea oricărei societă]i moderne. Dezvoltarea socio-economică durabilă poate fi realizată prin asigurarea pregătirii, perfec]ionării si ridicării califi cării profesionale a angaja]ilor de înaltă califi care, prin asigurarea protec]iei sociale si retribu]iei muncii conform califi cării si competen]ei lor, prin asigurarea protec]iei proprietă]ii intelectuale si altor interese ale entită]ilor de afaceri, precum si altor func]ii si competen]e ale autorită]ilor publice în domeniul stiin]ei si inova]iei.

Creativity, knowledge, skill of manpower is the determining factors for the development of any modern society today. The sustainable socio-economic development can be realized by providing training, upgrading and retraining of employees of higher qualifi cations through the provision of social protection and remuneration of labour according to their qualifi cations and skills, through the protection of intellectual property and other interests of business entities, as well as other functions and powers of public authorities in the fi eld of science and innovation.
