The researchaimsto analyze thetheoretical and legal aspectsof consumer contract of purchase and sale. Currently the contract of purchase and sale is the most common contract that provides both civil and commercial circuit. The consumer contract of purchase and saleis a genuine contract, a manifestation of will, however, affected by a special legal regime ruled by the Civil Code, Law on Consumer Protection and other regulatory acts. |
