Rezumat

In this paper we present the results of a comparative study of ozone sensors that are designed using undoped SnO2 and In23 films deposited by spray pyrolysis. These two metal oxides are the most heavily studied materials and a critical comparison of their response parameters is very important for the determination of the practical prospects of these materials in real-world applications.
