Rezumat

In order to effectively fulfill the tasks set by the leadership of the country and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of 04.06.2021 „On Improving the Network of Situation Centers and Digital Transformation of the National Security and Defense Sector”, on 28.06.2023, the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine established the Situation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by order of the Minister [1]. It should be noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is a crucial state body, it can be symbolically called the „backbone of the country”, as it includes the National Guard of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. According to Article 3 of the „Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” approved on 28.10.2015, the main tasks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are to ensure internal security of the state, which includes a set of actions aimed at protecting human rights and freedoms, interests of society and the state [2]. Due to the fact that the MIA of Ukraine is entrusted with particularly responsible functions and tasks, the efficiency, completeness and speed of their implementation are becoming increasingly important, which directly depends on the quality of the work of the MIA of Ukraine Situation Center, which, in turn, also ensures the fulfillment of the functions assigned to the MIA of Ukraine as a management entity with a network of subordinate state bodies operating within it, as well as active interaction with the main situation center of Ukraine and the government situation center of Ukraine, to create a coordinated functioning system of emergency response. The importance and relevance of this work is given by the need to analyze the work of the Situation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as a newly created anti-crisis complex in order to develop effective algorithms for its activities, which directly affect the level of security in the country.
