This work reflects the analysis of 157 children with shank fractures at different level, at the age of 10 month to 16 years old. In special we make a point on the treatment peculiarity of the V and III-IV type of Salter and Harris fractures. We get good results thanks to wide knowledge of the peculiarity of such kind of fractures and adequate treatment of the last one in children.

В работе представлены результаты лечения 157 детей с переломами голени на различном уровне, в возрасте 10 мес. – 16 лет. В частности освящены особенности лечения переломов голени III-IV-V типа по Салтеру и Гариссу. Благодаря знанию этих особенностей в большинстве случаев были получены удовлетворительные результаты.
