Rezumat

The problem of timely objective assessment of local changes in the parenchymal organs injury in children remains highly relevant. The purpose of this study was to explore the possibilities of modern technologies to assess the extent of the parenchymal organs’ damage. Based on the study results the optimal time and volume of the therapeutic measures and organ’s reserving surgery is suggested.

Проблема своевременной объективной оценки локальных изменений при травме паренхиматозных органов у детей остается чрезвычайно актуальной. Целью настоящего исследования было изучение возможностей современных технологий в оценке степени повреждения паренхиматозных органов. На основании полученных данных предложены оптимальные сроки и объемы выполнения лечебных мероприятий и органосохраняющих хирургических вмешательств.
