Rezumat

The photoluminescence properties of the 2H-MoS2 single crystals, intercalated by Cl2 molecules have been investigated. An interpretation of the radiative spectral and temperature characteristics, based on a kinetic model for n-type crystals is proposed. The model involves two radiative channels: the bond excitons recombination and recombination via a deep center (shunt channel).
