Rezumat

On the example of Zea mays L. and other fl owering plants the light and electron microscopic studies of tapetum cells (TC) anther’s wall were spent; information on ontogenesis of its ultra-structure were analysed and unique morphofunctional metamorphosis, ensuring the nutrition of developing microspores, formation of exine (sporoderm) pollen’s grain, synthesis and transport of triphin and pollenkit, release and deposition on surface of pollen protein, determining the gametophyte compatibility were discovered. The principles of co-adaptive integration of sporotapetogenesis, the processes, which are divided in fi ve stages, were formulated. Opinions on re-differentiation of cell organelle (CO) in arising tapetal periplasmodium were confi rmed. The last twenty years electron microscopic studies of micro- and megasporogenesis, fertilization and embryogenesis of different taxons of Angiosperms were performed [2, 3, 8, and 13].
