Determinants of organizational culture in the public sector include leaders and management, organizational values, norms and behaviours, organizational structure, policy and legislation, relationship with citizens and customers, socio-cultural factors, financial resources, feedback and performance evaluation, flexibility and adaptability, ethics and integrity, resistance to change, employee participation and involvement. These factors influence organizational culture and can be managed to promote a healthy and effective culture centered on excellence, accountability and satisfaction in public services. By properly managing these factors, public organizations can create a motivating and productive work environment that promotes innovation, adaptability and employee engagement. It contributes to the fulfillment of the organization's mission and objectives, providing quality services and satisfaction to citizens and customers. Organizational culture in the public sector has a significant impact on the performance and reputation of the organization, as well as on the relationship with the community and the environment. |
