The offences committed with violence have always had a significant impact upon the individuals involved in different criminal environments. The offencesʼ repercussions are verry difficult to be combated by the public authorities invested with their duty of controlling this phenomenon. The situation is more serious as long as the victims of the phenomenon of domestic violence are the minors, usually under age. The adultsʼ aggressive impulsions, very difficult to be counselled by the aggressorʼs family members who do not have experience in this matter, have firstly repercussions upon the family environment the minors belong to. In the current paper, a research study has been conducted on the domestic violence impact upon the minors integrated in different criminal environments. It is about the family, educational and community environments, each of them with their particular features. Moreover, the study has been focused on highlighting the role which the judicial bodies have in the process of preventing and combatting the domestic violence in cases in which the phenomenon involves minors. The conclusive remarks obtained during the research study are provided at the end of the paper along with certain proposals of programmes which should diminish the rate of criminality having as object the offences of domestic violence.
