Rezumat

We have investigated the Hall and Shubnikov-de Haas effects in single crystals of the group II3V2 diluted magnetic semiconductor (Cd1-x-yZnxMny)3As2 (x + y = 0.2, y = 0.02 to 0.08) at temperatures in the range of 4.2 to 30 K and magnetic fields up to 12 T under hydrostatic pressures up to 1.1 GPa. Values of the Hall concentration, the Hall mobility and the band parameters have been determined and analyzed. The anomalous magnetic field dependence of the electron effective mass is found to be much weaker than in samples with x + y = 0.3 investigated previously. This agrees with the model of the effective-mass anomaly in (Cd1-x-yZnxMny)3As2 proposed recently.
