«LISTE CU NUME DE COPII ALE CETĂȚENILOR REPRESAȚI DE AUTORITĂȚILE SOVIETICE» CA NOI SURSE ISTORICE DE SOVIETIZARE A BASARABIEI DE SUD (1940 - 1941). Prezentul articol este consacrat analizei documentelor de arhivă, scoase de către autor din Fondul Arhivistic Ismail (Ucraina). În 1942-1943, Administrația română din Basarabia a acumulat suficiente informații privind operaţiunile regimului sovietic în primul an de existenţă desfășurate în regiune. Printre totalitatea documentelor existente au fost identificate “Liste cu nume de copii ale cetățenilor represați de autoritățile sovietice”, reprezentând surse importante privind dimensiunile şi consecințile politicii represive ale puterii sovietice pe teritoriile din nou anexate ale Basarabiei în iunie 1940 - iulie 1941. În cadrul cercetării au fost luate în considerare „Listele ...” pretorilor din Bolgrad și Chilia, în care datele ne permit să stabilim numărul localnicilor care au fost arestați de NKVD, nume de familii și starea civilă a victimelor. Informațiile disponibile în „Listele ...” privind situația materială a familiilor din 1942 -1943. ne permite să tragem concluzii despre consecințele dezastruoase ale politicii de represiune asupra soartei populației din sudul Basarabiei

The article is devoted to the analysis of the archival documents discovered by the author in the funds of the Izmail archive (Ukraine). In 1942-1943 the Romanian administration of Bessarabia region collected the information on the impact and results of the Soviet power in this region. Among the sizable list of the documents there were discovered "The Lists of Children of the Citizens Repressed by the Soviet Authorities". It is an important source in matters of the amount and consequences of the policy of repression of the Soviet government in the newly annexed territories of Bessarabia region in June 1940 - July 1941. In our article, we studied "The Lists ..." of the Bolgrad and Kiliya regions, the analysis of which gives reason to clarify the number of the local residents who were arrested by the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs (PCIA), their names and marital status of the victims. The information given in the "Lists ..." about the financial situation of the family in 1942 -1943 allows to draw the conclusions about the consequences of the policy of repression for the life of the population of Southern Bessarabia.
