Rapid developing modern area of microelectronics-spintronics needs new devices, based on novel physical principles and advanced technologies. One of such novel devices, a superconducting spinventil, based on recently discovered phenomenon of reentrant superconductivity, consists of alternating ferromagnetic and superconducting nanolayers. Original vacuum technology for preparation of nanostructures, consisting of superconductor Nb and ferromagnet alloy CuNi layers is developed and patented. The thicknesses tuning of the layers is investigated to optimize superconducting spin-ventil core-structure based on nanoscale layered system Nb/Cu41Ni59. |
