Rezumat

In the context of the EU enlargement it was normal to know the tourist market development and competition. But tourism market works best when no participant is in a position to dictate terms. When this occurs, there is market monopolization, which causes regression, generates litigation and serious contradictions, which makes the adoption and use of special measures nationwide; and their international counter such trends. The role of the State is the organizer of the optimal conditions for developing tourism market through the application of economic laws and removing obstacles only by switchin to the market competitive interest: demand, supply, price and competition as a way of confrontation between the owners of tourist offers and demand market.
