In the article were discussed the most important aspects of conditionings and Poland’s policy towards Polonia and people of Polish origin living in other countries in the world. Therefore, the most important factors influencing emigration of Polish people in different periods, as well as their population in different parts of the world have been presented. The article also discussed the most important Polish institutions responsible for shaping the policy towards this group, as well as the most important objectives of the governmental program of cooperation with countrymen abroad. |
