To meet current urban problems requires a new way of management of cities. Urban management task is to improve the attractiveness of the city and its competitive position in a full, harmonious and sustainable. This can be achieved by improving the organizational capacity of the city. Local administrations are, therefore, faced with the management of cities in terms of maximum attractiveness to obtain population groups concerned. Urban management through its instruments must increase their attractiveness as places to live for the population as a location for business investment opportunity as a tourist attraction. |
