Rezumat | ||||||
The manufacturing of alcohol, both out of cereals and wine products, leads to the formation of a secondary product called the draff. Due to the fact that the composition of draff is complex because of very high concentrations of organic oxidable and biodegradable substances and low ph, the biological aerobe purification with suspended microflora or active mud is difficult. The content of hard biodegradable compounds obliges us to apply anaerobe processes as a preliminary step of biological purification, before the aerobe step by obtaining biogas, which is a low energy consumption process. The second step refers to aerobe biochemical oxidation of compounds left after the first step, which form only 5-10 % of initial wastewaters load. The third step refers to advanced purification by water plants (microfits). |
