The work presents the results of the diagnosis and treatment of 120 cases of ovarian apoplexy, which were recorded during the period 2011-2012 years. It has been established that the ovarian apoplexy is characteristic of young women having in past history a gynecological pathology. Lucrarea prezintă rezultatele diagnosticului şi tratamentului a 120 cazuri de apoplexie ovariană, care au fost înregistrate pe parcursul anilor 2011-2012. S-a stabilit că apoplexia ovariană este caracteristică femeilor tinere, care au în anamneză o patologie ginecologică. Au fost examinate manifestările clinice, metodele de diagnostic şi tratamentul acestei afecţiuni.</description>
