Development of the current economy impose harsh requirements towards functioning of financial and banking institutions. Competition is growing at the global level, causing increasing of competitivenees based on technologies and qualitative services. That's why, national banks should develop and implement local products and services and less foreign, management techniques able to face with current conditions. Using of „new knowledges”, with an special method of analysis and logic, impose adequate administration from their management. |
