Rezumat

Today, in an era of globalization, Europeanization of education, teaching competence has a crucial role in the initial training more than ever. A pedagogy of teaching skills and bring them to the fore would relate effective learning / knowledge and practical life. The current approach can ensure the effectiveness of constructivist teaching vocational skills. Teaching competence is a set of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values mobilized to apply appropriate principles and strategies for teaching specific situations to solve the discipline of study. Pedagogical teaching skills have the aptitude as the first side to focusing. Variety addressing teaching skills lead to a variety of criteria on which work is appreciated teachers in all grades. An important step in this direction is the reform of the institutions that are responsible for organizing and conducting training programs for initial teacher education. Today 's achievements in the field of vocational training is relevant , but at this stage we believe that minimizes the role of vocational teaching competence is not determined a pedagogical model that skills training to students philologists . This goal focuses attention on the need for effective initial and continuous training of the teacher, all the training focused on teaching skills in the process of modernization of the educational system.
