The article presents the results of the study and analysis of the personal files of the Avdarmin, repressed in 1941. Copies of criminal cases, which are kept in the Museum of the History of the village of Avdarma, allowed us to look at the process of deportations from a different angle. The work of the Soviet judicial system is shown, from the preparation of the prosecution to the sentencing. To establish justice, there were appeals of the repressed to the highest judicial instances. |
