Mehmet Abdülkadir, who worked as a teacher and school principal in the last years of the Tanzimat and Constitutional Monarchy periods, wrote many textbooks in areas such as alphabet, grammar, literature, geography and ethics. In this study, Mehmet Abdülkadir's 1895/1896 (1312) dated book titled Suâlli ve Cevaplı Muhtasar Sarf-ı Türkî will be emphasized. This book, which was prepared as a guide for teachers, is important in the sense that it summarizes the general information in the grammar books of the period in which it was written in an understandable and clear way. In the book, which consists of five chapters and is written with the question-answer technique, word types are divided into five parts as "noun, verb, adjective, pronoun, preposition". The work contains sixty-four questions and answers about the morphology of Turkish. In this paper, a general evaluation of the work and the transfer of the entire work to Latin letters were made.
