The present paper is aimed at analyzing the idea of practical preparation of university students for their professional activity within academic courses. The relevance of such approach is predetermined by a strong demand of the employers for university graduates who are able to cope with professional tasks as well as experienced workers. The study is mostly based on the analysis of the requirements stated in educational and professional standards for the profession of a teacher. The author also analyzes the methodological support of the disciplines within the framework of the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at Saratov State University The practical value of the study results lies in the fact that the activities, techniques and general strategies of future teachers’ practical preparation can be implemented in teacher-training universities and departments. |
