The Russian aggression against Ukraine put the great challenges and prob-lems. In the connection with occupation of the part of the South and East of Ukraine, war action in the other regions, historical and cultural heritage of Ukrainian people turn on the edge of demolition. The information about the de-struction of new and new monuments come every day from different districts of our country. That is way, the actual task of modern archaeology to create the list of all destructed monuments. The next problem – the expropriation of archaeological collections from museums of temporary occupied centers, such as Kherson historical museum, where was rich gathering of materials of various old artefacts, unique collection of Scythian and Antic culture, medieval rarities. It is continuation of long oper-ation of robbery and appropriation of Ukrainian cultural heritage, the start of which was in the 17th century and continue to be all time of Russian and Soviet occupation of our land, which was established by the investigation of Ukrainian archaeologists and published in special book. From the beginning of Russian war against Ukraine in 2014y. And occupation of Crimea, the robbery of cultural heritage take the new possibility. Now, the huge appropriation of alien values take the new continuation. In their ideology appear the myth of so call “Novoris-siya”, the name, done by Russian occupants in the 17th century to the South region of Ukraine, where the free Ukrainian peasants and Cossack try to save from Russian slave. They founded settlements, cities, Cossack Sich and had own culture, analogues to the culture of the Middle Dnieper region. The other big problem for archaeologists of Ukraine – is the mining of vast territories in occupation areas, where any kind of works are very dangerous. In any way, archaeological investigations possible to provide after demining of regions of war actions.
