| Rezumat | ||||||
The effectiveness of any prevention activities, including the prevention of crimes and misdemeanors, is largely conditioned by the knowledge of the object on which the prevention actions are directed. This problem cannot be successfully solved without applying the basic scientific recommendations of criminology and administrative delictology as separate branches of legal sciences. In this paper we undertake to study the controversial opinions of scholars regarding the intersection of these branches of science and to formulate our own opinion on this matter. |
