Rezumat

The article characterizes the work of the organizer of extracurricular activities among younger adolescents. The author analyzes the behavior of teenagers and alternative ways of children upbringing in the conditions of professional employment of their parents. The article presents the model of the specialist of out-of-school education, whose behavior is suitable for modern adolescents, aimed at increasing the adolescents' physical activity and presents a health-saving technology.
