The process of appearance and disappearance of information about a crime has a situational nature. Crimes are committed in certain conditions that interact with many processes of human activity and depend on many circumstantial factors. In the most general sense, a situation is understood as a set, a combination of any circumstances, factors under the influence of which events occur. And the situational repeatability of the processes of emergence, existence and disappearance of information about a crime is the basis for their typification. The prospects of the situational approach in the investigation of crimes, as well as in court proceedings, are great. The use of this approach will allow us to typify existing pre-trial and court situations and develop a program for their resolution by summarizing scientific achievements and practical recommendations in this area. Situational modeling will allow: to diagnose the situation to solve the main tasks; formulate goals and identify the principle way to achieve them; study the characteristics of the situation and separate those factors that influence decision-making, develop alternative courses of action; evaluate each alternative and determine which one best meets the requirements of the situation. |
