Nowadays, the more and more spreading approach is the one, where the main goal of educational process in music colleges is the development of creative abilities, creativity, the ability to work in a team, in musical groups (teamwork), the ability to work independently and self-actualize, i.e. the formation of professional skills of a student. In order for future specialists to master professional knowledge, skills and abilities, the teacher faces the most important objectives for professional competencies formation and mobility of the future conductor-choirmaster. |
