Rezumat

The analysis of an electroplasmolysis of biological raw material is lead(carried out, spent), the basic singularities of process in correlation with performances of a cell-like interchanging and requirement of stabilization of a potential on a membrane are secured (discharged). The measure(test) of a plasmolysis on a difference in phase between a current through capacity reactive and fissile environmental resistances is submitted. Is shown, that the factor of ablation of a charge from a cell-like envelope by a current frames squarelaw intensifying of pressure in a cell resulting in to a plasmolysis. The bipropellant model is considered which parts a fluid fraction of raw material on two parts − inside and exocellular. The nature of model consists in unique exposition of transport phenomenas − electrical conductivity, thermal conduction or diffusion. On the establishment of model of raw material the parameters describing efficacy and intensification of transmission are deduced (removed). The basic analytical performances of process of transmission are well compounded with experimental datas in a wide gamut of the attitude amounting of raw material - fluid fraction and dry matters. On an example of process of an evaporation at concentration or drying of vegetative raw material the optimization on a minimum level of heat wastes surveyed.
