With the entry into force of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova, the legislator proposed a new system of thinking, a new legal logic in the system of administrative law, which, we must recognize, so far, requires scientific research and standardization judicial practice. What is related to the suspension of the execution of unfavorable individual administrative acts, based on the provisions of the new law, is a common administrative operation, which requires clarity. In this article, we propose a systematization of the opinions of several doctrinaire authors, as we do the presentation, the analysis of the judicial practice that systematizes our situations that have appeared or that may appear in practice.
