Rezumat | ||||||
Appropriate evidence has been provided that, given the changing educational spheres both in Romania and in Moldova, there is an urgent need to move from the management of school inspection focused on “control” to management centred on “implicit engagement”, from a “logic of power” to a “logic of competences”, which calls not only for “quality control” but also for ensuring the quality of education, which helps increase the effectiveness of inspection actions, but especially of education institutions, which is essentially the perspective, the orientation and the completion of the activity of the modern school inspectorate. School inspection management becomes an important factor in the modernization of the education system and thus contributes to the positive social evolution and guides the functional structures of education. |
