The article discusses two newly discovered hoards, on which base can be followed the evolution of several type decorative plaques. The first hoard, found close to the village of Draguseni (Republic of Moldova), contains jewelry of the 16th - beginning of the 17th centuries. The second complex, found in Western Ukraine, consists of objects from the 15th - first half of the 17th centuries. Hiding of the hoard can be linked to the looting of the Dragomirna Monastery, in the middle of the 17th c. Plaques from that hoard differ by their shape and decorative elements from those discovered in Draguseni, and seem to be linked with the found in Suceava (single find at the archaeological level dated back to the 15th c.): in the hoard Suceava-I and in the Putna Monastery (applied on the crowns mounted on icon of the Mother of God). The analysis of a wide range of analogies helped us distinguish three main typological chronological groups of plaques with filigree decor, used in the Carpathian Dniester region. The first group - of the Costesti type, may be linked to the workshops of the Golden Horde. The second group - of the Suceava-Putna type, characterized by standardization of old forms and introduction of new ones. Their spread among nobility may be due to the relationship between the Principalities of Moldova and Theodoro in the second half of the 15th century. The third group - of the Draguseni-Musait type, marks the development of Moldovan regional school.
