Rezumat

The COVID-19 pandemic has divided the world into groups of people who believe and do not believe in the existence of the SARS-CoV-2, in those who accept and in those who are against COVID-19 vaccination. Both defend their views, and the second group fi ercely protest against the decisions taken by governments, organize street demonstrations accompanied by violence. But fi ghting pandemics requires discipline, strategies and tactics related to the sanitary arsenal. Under such conditions, pluralism of opinion, as a weapon of democracy, can be effective until decisions are made. In situations created by the pandemic: war with an unseen but powerful enemy, which acts quickly, decisively kidnapping thousands of lives, when the strategies and tactics of combat are clear, the offensives are not discussed, but executed. It is a known fact and it does not require argumentation: in the face of danger, people unite to be strong. But social power depends on the coagulation factors of human matter, the centrifugal energies that drive groups of people, the material and spiritual culture of human elements, how these elements understand the surrounding reality and how they act. The SARS-CoV-2 virus manifests itself in the human social environment. It is a living, microbiological organism reproduced by the human body and propagated in the social environment. Like any living organism, the coronary virus constantly fi ghts for existence in its vital environment. Its power depends on the state of the human social environment, culture, science, openness, communicability, ultimately, the level of civilization that society shows. In the social human environment, the coronary virus population increases to a certain number, then decreases like any other population in the process of biological struggle for existence, but the coronary virus does not disappear, it acquires new forms, produces new strains, and their vital force can be also determined by the social human environment where the new strains were formed.
