В статье рассматривается искусственный интеллект как фактор цифровизации России и Европы. Дано определение понятию цифровизация и его роли в жизни общества. Далее прописаны проблемы и тенденции развития технологий искусственного интеллекта как в России, так и в странах Европы, перспективы и предложения дальнейшего внедрения ИИ в деятельность государства и граждан.

The article considers artificial intelligence as a factor in the digitalization of Russia and Europe. The definition of the concept of digitalization and its role in the life of society is given. Further, the problems and trends in the development of artificial intelligence technologies both in Russia and in European countries, prospects and proposals for the further implementation of AI in the activities of the state and citizens are spelled out.
