Nowadays, the progress of mankind is no longer linked to passive factors, to raw material resources. It is related to human resources, to the competence of generations which are capable of adapting to changes in the technical and socio-cultural environment, to the extent that they cause such changes, which generate greater efficiency and progress. In the training of the young generation capable of creativity and innovation, several teaching steps are distinguished and presented in the essay. In recent years, physical education has developed into a structured discipline with a wide-ranging dimension.The ongoing analysis and modification of programs make the teacher in charge achieve the highest standards possible in the practice of gymnastics exercises. My wish was to highlight the role of the teacher in practicing sport from a very early age to old age. It is only through well-established methods and strategies that remarkable results can be achieved. The child is not a miniature adult,in addition,he has his own different pathology from that of the adult.
