This article discusses aspects of the manifestations of the maximum power punches from highly skilled kickboxers with the installation of power, speed and accuracy of kickboxing (full-contact section) in tactical fighters of different types, such as a puncher, wagons, the playing sports ,tambovici. The features of the application of punches from kiсkboxer- full-contact in terms of damping effect of combat use of boxing gloves certified World Association of Kickboxing Organization (WAKO).The results of the study factors strike with maximum force to be applied in the training process. |
