| Rezumat | ||||||
The conducted research is aimed at assessing the training of handball players due to age and playing roles with an orientation to such characteristics of elite (model) athletes. Long-term handball lessons, selection in the process of preparation for certain playing roles from the age of 12-13 have a significant impact in long-term training on the formation of morphofunctional and psychomotor features of adaptation to the body of players. In handball, reliably significant indicators for the whole team, as a rule, are primarily due to the growth and weight indicators of physical development, the ability of basic physical qualities and psychomotor abilities. |
