Rezumat

This article provides data confirming the fact that a physical education lesson, organized according to the principle of circular training, contributes to the intensification of the lesson, which is expressed by an increase in the number of movements and an increase in the energy costs of the body of schoolchildren. They are twice as high as those of schoolchildren in the control group who participate in traditional physical education classes. Experimental studies, which were, carried out from November to May, made it possible to establish that physical education lessons, which were carried out according to the method of circular training, contribute to the improvement of the morphofunctional state of the body. Which is expressed by an increase in body growth, perimeter and elasticity of the chest, compared with the control group. Besides, under the influence of the circuit training method, systolic blood pressure decreases and the duration of holding the breath on inspiration, vital volume of the lungs and indicators of the tapping test increase. These results confirm our hypothesis that the circuit training method improves the morphofunctional state of the body of 10-11-year-old schoolchildren.
