Migration has been a hot topic for many societies. Due to huge migration waves there has been severe changes in the traditional structure of contemporary societies. Migration has transformed and diversified the hosting societies, creating in the same time many cultural clashes and many cultural misunderstandings. In order to find out the answer to this issues there have been undertaken many researches that tried to analyze the influence of culture on communication and human action. The present article propose to emphasize the evolution of the existing concepts of intercultural and multicultural, emphasizing the pros and cons and laying the ground for the new universalism.
