Rezumat

In the training, development and specialization programs of military personnel/military students, the level of physical and mental training is decisive. In this sense, it is imperative that the military/military student have an optimal physical condition and solid self-defense skills, which will allow him to act quickly and efficiently in any situation encountered. The priority objective of the self-defense lessons, which are included today in the training program of the units and educational institutions in the field of national defense or in the field of ensuring peace and public order, is the formation of an important baggage of knowledge, skills and abilities in which elements can be found technical-tactical from Martial Arts, such as: Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Kick Box, Jiu Jitsu (Brazilian), Fighting, Boxing, the application of which in the lesson conditions the formation of a strong mental profile, specific to the military in the theater of operations, which generates adaptive behaviors in borderline situations.
