Rezumat

One of the necessary conditions for increasing the efficiency of public administration activity is to increase the quality of public services provided, as well as to strengthen the activities of central and local authorities in the Republic of Moldova, through a strategic and definitive approach to its activity. Efficiency and modernization of public services, which aim to put into practice the commitment of central and local public administrations to ensure good governance, by providing quality, operational, accessible, transparent and cost-effective public services for a number of greater number of people with continuous improvement of their quality and accessibility, depending on the interests of citizens and the business environment can be achieved by implementing an appropriate quality management system. The quality of services provided by officials should not be seen as an end in itself, but as a consequence of the quality of the entire activity of public administration, the quality of staff, the quality of the organization and management system, the quality of relations between citizens and officials.
