Currently, organizations in any field be they state or private, for-profit organizations or government organizations, need skilled leaders with vision and confidence in action. They need to apply more effective methods of work and motivation than in the past, to implement strong social relationships, to create ways to increase their influence, to motivate their employees correctly, to determine them to go beyond their professional levels and to excel to perfection continuously, while fulfilling the implicit tasks and responsibilities of the field of activity, according to the professional function. Organizational management directly influences the performance of members of the organization and indirectly their behavior to excel in professional activity. The rationale for existence and activation in society as a public institution, which develops policies and strategies for a multitude of organizations, is to achieve the performance and objectives set out in the action plans of the organization, in continuous correlation with competitiveness. |
