<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'>Otita medie la copii în primii 7 ani de viaţă decurge relativ
asimptomatic. Impedansmetria este o metodă obiectivă,
de certitudine înaltă, neinvasivă în diagnosticul otitelor
medii. Am elaborat un sistem de evaluare a rezultatelor impedansmetriei
pe baza analizei detaliate a caracteristicilor
de timpanogramă – complianţa, gradient absolut, gradient
relativ şi presiunea. Am analizat corelaţiile acestor date cu
descoperirile intraoperatorii din cavitatea timpanică la copiii
cu diferite forme de otită medie. Investigaţiile noastre
au demonstrat o informativitate înaltă al acestei evaluări
detaliate. Această sistemă este utilă în diagnosticul complex.
Rezultatele noastre au îmbunătăţit înţelegerea patogenezei
otitelor medii la copii.</description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>Otitis media in children have relatively asymptomatic
course - clinically and otoscopically. Impedance audiometry
is noninvasive, objective functional method of examination
of middle ear. We elaborated the system of evaluation of the
impedance audiometry results which is based on detailed
analysis of the main caracteristics of tympanometric curve
– compliance, absolute gradient, relative gradient and
preassure. We have analysed correlations of these data
with the surgical fi ndings from the middle ear in children
with different forms of otitis media. Our research have
demonstrated good informational content of such detailed
evaluation. This system is useful in complex diagnostics.
Our results improves the understanding of pathogenesis of
otitis media in children of the fi rst 7 years of life.</description>
<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>Средний отит у детей имеет относительно мало-
симптомное течение – клинически и отоскопически.
Импедансометрия – неинвазивный, объективный,
функциональный метод исследования среднего уха.
Мы разработали систему оценки результатов импе-
дансометрии, основывающаяся на детальном анализе
основных характеристик тимпанометрической кривой
– податливость, абсолютный градиент, относительный
градиент, давление. Проанализированы корреляции
этих показателей с хирургическими находками у детей
с различными формами средних отитов. Наши иссле-
дования продемонстрировали высокую инфоматив-
ность такой подробной оценки результатов. Эта мето-
дика оценки пригодна для комплексной диагностики.
Наши результаты способствуют уточнению патогенеза
среднего отита у детей первых 7 лет жизни.</description>
