The transformations in the local school during the pandemic period practically led to a repositioning of the relationship between teachers and students and the pedagogical reality of modern education in pandemics gave rise to many contradictions and conflict situations. Even substantial efforts have been made to mitigate the impact of the pandemic, the economic crisis and freedom of movement so that we can prioritize education, the sistem has still affected. The impact was not so much on non-compliance with the curriculum or the objectives set, but rather in the relationship of interpersonal relationships. New conflicts between teachers and students should not be an impediment but rather a resource to make the necessary changes at both interpersonal and intergroup levels. Understanding the nature of conflicts can use specific mechanisms of influence such as individual counseling, systematic desensitization, relaxation training, emotional control, assertiveness, different behavioral techniques of the teacher in the online classroom, to successfully resolve different pedagogical situations. Understanding the causes of conflicts between teacher and student is possible only if there is knowledge, will, professional qualities and personal skills and the desire to put them into practice. |
