Rezumat

In the current period, marked by the changes produced by post-modern society, education is becoming a topic of discussion and debate more and more frequently in clubs of stakeholders. Massive transformations are taking place in the world of knowledge and technology, and there are frequent and rapid revolutions that call into question everything that has been accepted and accumulated over the centuries. The paper aims at a systematic arrangement of the attributes of the manifestation of human civilization on Earth and successive changes by building and describing a „Architecture of humanity" defined by 7 stages: existence/ reason/ nature/ knowledge/ technology, culture/ civilization. In this construction, education is a common element with the rank of a pillar and proposes a series of adaptations so that change no longer produces painful shocks as a tribute to integration into the matrices of personal development and the journey from one step to another throughout life. This path is marked by logical attributes that allow the movement of resources to build new balances. Through education, there are transfers between generations that can take on the shocks of change. The adjustments of the transfer mechanisms are made through the „Deadline Hourglass". This is another concept that the paper discusses.
