Rezumat

The university's concern for improving the quality of education leads to the provision of scientific and professional services at all levels of higher education and, subsequently, to the integration of graduates able to integrate socially and professionally into society, graduates able to access jobs according to training. The "products" offered by higher education are competence and knowledge, intangible products, offered to society in various forms: training of specialists in specific fields, transfer of skills through graduates; basic and applied scientific research; consultancy, expertise, transfer of competence to socio-economic organizations; involvement of members of the academic community in the life of society; transfer of competence through direct involvement in local, regional, national and international community bodies (Armstrong, M. Taylor, S. 2014). The aim of the research is: 1. Identifying students' perceptions of university education; 2. verifying the relationship between university education and the labor market, as a precondition for professional success. To test the research hypotheses, we will use a questionnaire in our own construction, on a sample of 120 subjects, students at different faculties in the city of Iasi.
