Rezumat

Intelligence resource management is highly relevant in the process of strengthening the administrative capacity of a state, as well as in the process of Europeanization. e eld of national security and defence is a part of the survival of a state in the anarchic international complex. at is why the transition of power following the collapse of the USSR has le its mark on the national intelligence community of the Republic of Moldova. is article aims to provide, from a critical-ideological perspective, an analysis of the management structures of the Intelligence Community of Moldova. It will also highlight the main binding recommendations for deepening the process of Europeanization of the central administration in this area.
